If you lose your card, please immediately contact your local Social Security office at 1-800-Medicare or visit the Social Security Administration's "Replace a Medicare Card" webpage to get a new one.
Your new Medicare card should arrive in the mail in about 30 days and it will be mailed to the address the Social Security Administration has on file for you.
