Urges: (1) the President to reconsider his decision not to press for passage of a resolution on human rights violations in China at the 54th Session of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights; and (2) all Commission members to support passage of such a resolution.Expresses regret that the European Union will not table or cosponsor such a resolution.
