In an interview on a MSNBC news show Sunday, U.S. Rep. Chris Smith (NJ-04), weighed in on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s congressional testimony about the terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Smith noted Clinton's refusal to take responsibility for what happened prior to the actual storming of the consulate, such as a failure to increase on-site security despite requests for added safety measures.
