In addition to the State of New Jersey’s Hotline, NJ's 2-1-1 system has been activated to help handle COVID-19 related calls from New Jersey residents. Further, each of the three counties in the Fourth Congressional District have services and resources to help constituents during this state of emergency. We also suggest that you call or check the websites or social media for individual towns in the Fourth District to find out about local information, notices or services that may be available.
Monmouth County
Monmouth County Health Department phone bank 732-845-2070 is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Crisis counselors from the Monmouth County Division of Behavioral Health are available to help residents who may be experiencing stress or anxiety due to the evolving situation.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) questions from Monmouth County residents are being handled by the health experts at the NJ Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.

Senior citizens can call the county's Office on Aging at 732-431-7450 to ask for assistance. Questions regarding the Monmouth County's Meals on Wheels program can posed to Interfaith Neighbors (which manages the program) at 732-775-5155.
Ocean County
Ocean County Health Department (OCHD) hotline for residents’ questions regarding coronavirus is 732-341-9700, ext. 7411.

The Mercer County Nutrition Program is still available for pick-up only at the Senior Center between the hours of 11 AM and 12:30 PM Monday-Friday. If you know a senior in need of meals or other services, call the senior Center at (609) 890-3686.
