Congressman Chris Smith, a founding member and co-chairman of the Congressional Caucus on Bosnia, took to the House floor today speak out in strong support of H. Res. 171, a resolution recognizing the need for constitutional reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina and noting the importance of sustained U.S. engagement in the region in partnership with the European Union.
